Subject: Odd letter

I received an odd piece of email today, from someone claiming to be
the widow of Mobutu Sese-Seko of Zaire, proposing a certain business
transaction, and giving your email address as a reference.  Is this
proposal legitimate?  The letter did not appear very professional,
being all "upper case" and oddly worded, but I would not want to pass
up a genuine opportunity.
