Desde hace un par de semanas mi computadora tiene un virus. Le he psadado por varios antivirus como lo son PC-cilina, Norton y ahora me dice que ya no tiene ningún virus pero igual no puedo entrar a Oficce(Word, powerpoint,excel) porque borre los archivos infectados.
El virus que tenia se llama troj_sircam.a .
La pregunta es que debo hacer ahora; Formatear el disco duro e instalar de nuevo windows o tratar de reparar o conseguir los archivos que borre
